Sierra Pergola in Emaar Valley

This Emaar Valley villa needed shading for a working outdoor kitchen, not just a seating area. The brief called for full weather protection over the BBQ and prep space, with a finish that wouldn't compete with the villa's clean white exterior.

The Sierra Pergola was freestanding in the garden. Finished in white to match the facade, the pergola reads as part of the house rather than a separate addition. With the louvres closed, the space is fully enclosed overhead, protecting the outdoor kitchen fittings and grills from sun exposure and rain year round.

LED lighting integrated into the aluminium frame provides even illumination across the terrace after dark, without the need for separate fittings mounted to the ceiling or walls.

This installation reflects a common brief for outdoor kitchens in Dubai: the priority isn't flexibility, it's consistent, reliable coverage for a space in daily use.
