Pergola prices in Dubai range from AED 8,000 for an entry-level fixed fabric structure to AED 60,000+ for a large multi-module bioclimatic installation. Several factors influence the final price beyond the base product:
Size and number of modules — larger spans and multi-module configurations increase both materials and installation time.
Number of posts — a wall-mounted single-post installation costs less than a freestanding four-post structure requiring concrete groundwork.
Powder coating finish — standard colours such as white, anthracite and grey are included in base pricing. Wood effect powder coating adds approximately 40% to the profile cost.
Add-ons — ceiling fans, LED lighting integrated into the frame, outdoor blinds and rain or wind sensors each add to the final price. These are significantly cheaper to integrate during installation than to retrofit later.
Site conditions — rooftop access, elevated structures, difficult ground conditions or significant concrete work add time and cost.

We do not quote supply-only prices as the installation is an integral part of the product – correct fixing, structural integrity and warranty coverage all depend on our team completing the installation to the required standard. Every installation is backed by a third-party structural report and our 5-year warranty.

The structural report, fixing specification and 5-year warranty are tied to the installation – supply-only would not allow us to stand behind the product in the same way. If you are looking for supply only, we are not the right fit and would rather be upfront about that than take on a project we cannot warranty properly.
